Emden House is designed for retired people who are able to live independent lives but want to be relieved of looking after house and garden.
The House is owned by the Secure Retirement Association (Headington) Ltd, which is a non-profit-making organisation, registered Society 22266R under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. It is located near the centre of Headington, on the edge of Bury Knowle Park.
